A gift certificate entitles its owner to use the nominal amount for a room or service in our complex.

The gift certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You can specify the date of purchase by calling +38 067 714 41 33.

The validity period of the Gift Certificate is not extended. After the expiry of the validity period, the Gift Certificate is considered invalid, the funds are not returned to the Holder of the Gift Certificate. Unused Gift Certificates within the validity period are cancelled.

The gift certificate cannot be returned or exchanged for a gift certificate of another denomination. In case of loss, the Gift Certificate cannot be restored.

If the purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Certificate, the difference between the purchase price and the value of the Gift Certificate will not be refunded.

If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate, the Holder (Buyer) of the Gift Certificate is obliged to pay the difference between the value of the selected product for purchase and the value of the Gift Certificate in cash or by card.

The exchange of goods purchased with the use of a Gift Certificate is carried out in accordance with the procedure and terms provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, taking into account the features defined by the current Rules.

The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.

The gift certificate is one-time use.
